What accommodation is available in the various Immocean residences?
Among the range of rentals offered in the Immocéan residences, you will find a large panel of flats, from studio to T5.
How many people can stay in an Immocean flat?
Each accommodation in our Immocéan residences has flats with different capacities. To be sure that the accommodation you choose corresponds to your wishes and needs, you will find the maximum number of people allowed for each accommodation on its detailed sheet.
Are pets allowed?
Immocéan residences adapt to your holidays as much as to your lives. We know that some people cannot imagine their holidays without their faithful four-legged companions. So to offer you a serene cohabitation between all travellers, whether two or four-legged, animals are allowed in certain categories of flats in some of our holiday residences.

Is WiFi available in all Immocean rentals?
Access to WiFi is possible and free for one device in all Immocéan residences. Whether in our flats in Hossegor, Vieux Boucau or Biarritz, a WiFi connection is offered!
How can I get to the various Immocean residences by car?
Our residences advocate proximity to exceptional sites, always a stone’s throw from the sandy beaches of the ocean. Depending on the residence, you will find outdoor parking spaces reserved exclusively for travellers in our residences, or parking spaces in the immediate vicinity for your vehicle.
How to get around without a car in Vieux-Boucau, Hossegor and Biarritz?
All the cities in which our Immocean residences are located allow you to take advantage of locations that do not require a car. Once you have settled in and parked your vehicle in one of the secure private or public car parks, all amenities are accessible on foot or by bicycle. To offer you optimum comfort, all the essential services for your holidays are just a stone’s throw from your holiday flat: restaurants, mini-markets, shops, bakeries, surf schools, etc. And to vary the pleasures, the cycle paths at the foot of our residences link the Landes and Basque towns on the Atlantic coast in a single pedal stroke!
What do I need to present on arrival / how do I check in?
You will be contacted by phone before your arrival to give you all the details and directions to the holiday flat you have booked. For the residences located in Vieux-Boucau, at the time of your arrival, come to our Resasol agency located at 1 route des Lacs in Vieux-Boucau. Our team will welcome you to give you the keys and show you the flat you have reserved and to explain the organisation of your residence. You will also be asked to provide your surname, first name, date of birth and number plate in order to complete your booking file with the information of each traveller.
What to do if you arrive late?
For those who have a long drive or think they will arrive late on the first day, no worries! Just follow our instructions on how to collect your keys. A secure key box is available in each of our residences to allow you to access your flat. In any case, a visit to the Resasol agency the next morning will allow you to finalise your file.
Do I have to clean up before I leave?
Do I have to clean up before your stay with us? At the end of your stay with us, we ask you to leave your holiday home clean. You can either do this yourself. Or for those who want to relax until the last second, we offer a cleaning package (information and reservation directly at the Resasol agency). Something for everyone who loves to relax!
Do I need to bring my own sheets for a rental?
For your stays in all our Immocean residences, we offer you a holiday without constraints. We have therefore created accommodation kits (with sheet and/or towel hire) for you, for seamless comfort and reduced logistics. A service that allows you to choose the options that suit you, between sheet rental, towels and even equipment for babies (information and reservation directly with the Resasol agency).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, arrivals are possible from 4pm. On the last day, you will have until 10 am to return the keys of your holiday rental.
Do you offer activities to discover in the vicinity of the Immocean residences?
We are committed to helping our travellers discover our magnificent Landes region. Our RESASOL agency will be able to advise you better than anyone else and book for you the best activities to immerse yourself in the Landes way of life, to immerse yourself in the traditions and favourite activities of the locals. And if you like to explore, we also suggest you venture into the Basque Country, only 1 hour away from our Immocean residences and Spain just next door.
Do you rent bicycles on site?
You can rent your bikes directly from one of the many rental agencies in the seaside resorts of Vieux-Boucau, Hossegor or Biarritz to get around without any hassle on the summer paths in the Landes or along the Basque coast.
How to get to the Immocean residences from the airport and the train station?
It is possible to reach our Immocean holiday flats from: Biarritz airport, Pau airport or Bordeaux airport.
If you wish to arrive by train, the nearest stations are Dax, Bayonne and Biarritz.
Are there any transport services in the Landes or the Basque Country?
You will find all the amenities directly on site. However, if you want to get around our Immocéan residences, several options are available. Take the YEGO bus network to explore the beaches and the Landes coast. If you want to discover the land a little more, the RDTL bus network is available to you. And if you prefer to use a taxi, you can find a wide choice of companies in all the seaside resorts where our residences are located.
What is the nearest beach to our Immocean residences?
All our Immocéan holiday homes have the privilege of benefiting from an incredible location. You will always stay in the heart of a seaside resort, in Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains or Hossegor in the Landes, or in Biarritz in the Basque Country. In each case, you will stay in holiday rentals only 500 metres from a beach. A little extra for families, for our residences in Hossegor and Vieux-Boucau, the marine lakes are only 1 km from our flats. And for wave lovers, the unmissable surf spots are also just a stone’s throw from your Immocean residence.

What is a tourist tax?
The municipalities with a tourist vocation may ask you to pay a tax when you go on holiday on their territory. The tourist tax is payable per person per night. The amount is set by the local council and varies according to the type and classification of the accommodation.
