Cancellation of stay
Vous ou une personne vous accompagnant ne peut pas effectuer le séjour.
You or a person accompanying you cannot make the stay. You can, under certain conditions, * obtain the refund of the sums paid * less an excess if the reason is not medical*.

Late arrival
You cannot arrive early in your stay.
You can, under certain conditions, * obtain the repayment pro rata temporis of the unused period due to late possession of more than 24 hours of the accommodation object of the lease.

Interruption of stay
You are obliged to interrupt your stay.
You can, under certain conditions * get a refund of the hotel services not consumed.

Replacement vehicle
If your vehicle is immobilized following a breakdown, a material accident, or a theft during your stay. You can, under certain conditions * get a replacement vehicle.

Forgetting a personal item in the rental accommodation
If, on your return from holiday, you discover that you have forgotten an item in your rental property, the cost of sending the item to you may be reimbursed under certain conditions*.

Veterinary care and assistance for dogs and cats
Do you have a problem with your pet (cat or dog) during your stay? Under certain conditions*, you can be reimbursed for the cost of veterinary care, as well as obtaining assistance in the event of your pet going missing or running away.
