Our long-term rental conditions for our furnished holiday flats

Length of rental: The minimum rental period is 1 month and the maximum is 10 months. NB: long-term rentals are not available in July and August.

Rental rates: Rent is payable on a monthly basis. NB: the amount of the rent varies according to the months rented.

Rental charges: Water and electricity consumption is the responsibility of the tenant. A meter reading is taken after each monthly payment.

Tourist tax: The tenant must pay the local tourist tax.
